Some of the best snow on earth (so the tagline goes) and a half-day of technical presentations are set for the Intermountain West Chapter’s annual “Snow ‘n Learn” event, which is scheduled for on Feb. 18 at the Park City Marriott. The chapter has arranged for special hotel room rate ($289) for IMWSCC members (while supplies last). SnL will include a breakfast, meeting and lunch from 8am to 12 noon and then it is off for some fun in the snow, according to the chapter. Registration is $50 per person or $60 at the door for SCC members and vendors. Registration includes the presentations, a continental breakfast and lunch. More info: www.imwscc.org
